Jordan Rhyne 

 Managing Director

Jordan is passionate about solar energy systems and creating the infrastructure for a more sustainable future.

From 2017 to 2024 he worked on and led teams for Tesla's Supercharger group. He managed development and site acquisition for hundreds of projects across 12 Midwestern states spanning from Ohio to the Dakotas. He has hands-on experience with site development work, permitting, utility coordination, and asset management for energy infrastructure.

Before Tesla he attended and graduated from Kenyon College in Ohio, where he helped start and operate The Kenyon Farm.
Seeing a project go from an idea to a reality is one of his favorite things. Jordan lives in Philadelphia, PA.

Sarah McCuish

Director of Development 

 Sarah is dedicated to bringing projects to life with a relentless commitment to getting the job done right.

 From 2021 to 2024, she helped plan and develop dozens of Tesla energy projects across the Midwest. Sarah is adept at working with utilities, government entities, designers, and contractors across jurisdictions to manage projects from site selection to construction closeout. 

Before joining Tesla, she led commercial construction project management teams in Denver and Detroit. Sarah graduated from Loyola University Chicago and received an MBA from Wayne State University. She lives in Detroit with her daughter Alice, husband Chris, and two rescue pups.
